I've been called one of the most experienced content strategists in the industry since I started doing it in the early '90s -- and never stopped.

I’ve created, curated and commissioned so much digital content I’ve lost count. It all started in the early 90s when I was a “cyber producer,” when no one knew what digital media was, or what to call people like me. By 1998, I had already created digital-only content for ABC, Disney, Reader’s Digest, and two start-ups. Before I turned 30, I was Vice President of Content at iVillage.com, the world’s largest website at the time for women. I went on to lead digital content efforts for some of the world’s biggest magazines -- Reader’s Digest, Good Housekeeping, and Prevention.

I’m the founder of many new brands and websites including, among others, Delish.com, now a Top 10 food content destination. I was called “Hearst’s Real Beauty Queen” on the front page of the New York Observer after I launched RealBeauty.com.

I left corporate life in 2010 to work on my own. 100% of my clients have come to me via word-of-mouth referrals. I purposely keep a varied client base made up of all kinds of companies: Large and small; new and established; B2C, B2B, and SaaS; for profit and not-for-profit. My current and former clients include the Academy of Integrative Pain Management, Wine Enthusiast Magazine, the American Kennel Club, TEDMED, Bumble Bee, Medxoom, as well as start-ups, and authors.

I also teach and write college-level courses. During the pandemic, I started one-on-one private coaching for entrepreneurs, authors, small businesses and non-profit leaders on all things digital to help them do more with less.

Over the years, I've been called a digital pioneer… copywriter...a content strategist...a brand marketer...and a brand communications expert. I answer to all of them. But I prefer to think of myself as a versatile writer and editor with direct response in her DNA. Anyone who’s worked with me knows that I’m an unusual combination of a creative thinker who’s also a numbers junkie.

I’ve always been fascinated by launching something from nothing, which is probably why I’m also a serial entrepreneur (ask me about that!), and I feel at my best when I’m dreaming up the next big thing, rallying people behind a common vision, and making big ideas reality.
